My name is Joe LaFauci, and I am proud to serve as the State Committeeman representing Palm Beach County. I am reaching out to formally share my candidacy for Vice Chair of the Committeeman/Committeewoman’s Caucus and to introduce myself ahead of this weekend’s RPOF Annual Meeting.
My professional background spans serving both Republicans and the Republican party through significant roles in government affairs, campaign management, and legislative operations. I’ve had the privilege of serving as Governor Ron DeSantis’s Regional Representative and as a Legislative Aide for Representatives Will Robinson and Jackie Toledo. My favorite experience was representing President Trump's home county, and helping to get him across the finish line with a landslide victory.
Over the course of my career, I have:
Worked on and led campaigns at both the local and statewide levels across Florida, building a strong foundation in grassroots mobilization and strategic planning.
Directed one of Florida’s most successful State House field operations, knocking on over 50,000 doors and ranking in the top 10 for fundraising efforts statewide.
Coordinated over 50 high-profile media events for Governor Ron DeSantis, fostering relationships with elected officials and addressing critical legislative concerns.
Drafted and advanced impactful legislative policies while managing key stakeholder relationships in both state and county government roles.
I am deeply passionate about driving policy, building coalitions, and delivering results that will align with the constituents we serve, and Make America Great Again. I am excited about the opportunity to bring this experience and dedication to the role of Vice Chair and humbly ask for your vote.
It would be an honor to serve alongside and at the direction of Chairman Anthony Bonna, and I am confident that my expertise and commitment will contribute to the continued success of the Caucus.
